I don't have the RISE app.

1. 1. Download the RISE app from the App Store. Link below.
2. 2. Create your account in the app.
3. 3. Once onboarding is complete, re-click on the link from your email or message on the same device where RISE is installed.

I have the RISE app.

1. 1. Make sure you have the latest version.
2. 2. Click this link on the same device where RISE is installed.
